Sunset - Mrs. Elaine Harris Chadwick, 23 of Sunset, died Monday afternoon of a gunshot wound. Mrs. Chadwick was born Jan 31, 1945, in Ogden, a daughter of Spencer A. and Arline Patteron Harris. She married Donald D. Chadwick Jr. on April 19, 1962, in Malad. He died March 4, 1968. She lived in Layton until her marriage, and attended Central Davis Junior High in Layton and Davis High School in Kaysville. At the time of her death she was employed as a Clerk- Secretary at Hill AFB. Surviving are two sons, David and Kurtiss. She is buried in the Kaysville-Layton Memorial Park.
