Obituary:  William M. Sill ("Monte") - published Sunday Dec. 26, 2004, Deseret News (SLC, Utah)

Monte Sill passed away at home on December 22, 2004.  He was born August 12, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah to David Monroe and Alice Gall Sill.  He was the baby of the family and treated as such. He was raised in Farmington and graduated from Davis High School.  He served an LDS mission in England.  He married Marsha Rigby in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on October 5, 1967.  He did a tour of duty in Vietnam, after which he graduated from BYU in Design.  He enjoyed doing his design work in Utah, Hawaii and Ohio.

Monte and Marsha were blessed with four spectacular children:  Appen (Danny) O'Berry; April (Spencer) Black, Andrew William (deceased) and Graydon Monroe Sill.  Gwen and Kate O'Berry and Ashley and Max Black were the light of their Papa's life.  He will be greatly missed by all his family, including his sisters, Vesta Belnap and Joyce Russell; brother, David (Linda) Sill; and many other relatives and friends.

Our family gratefully thanks Dr. Riemer, Karen and the staff at Legacy Hospice for their gentle and loving care.
