Richard Bailey Waite passed away on July 25, 2019. He is survived by his spouse, Lou Anna, his six children, and 17 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Clearfield North LDS Stake Center, 151 N. 1000 W. Clearfield, UT 84015. Friends may visit with family on July 30, 2019, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd. Layton, Utah and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
